How much is postage?

Standard delivery for items under 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail:

Large Letter - £1.50

Up to 1kg - £3.50

1.1-2kg - £5.50

Orders over 2kg will be sent via courier- £7.50

 

What is your dispatch/delivery time?

Turnaround times can be found on the Home Page. These are estimated times and whilst we aim to dispatch your products within 10 to 15 working days, all items are made to order so in some instances (e.g. during peak times), this may be longer.

 

Can I amend my order?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of handmade items, once an order has been placed it cannot be changed. You are ask to confirm personalisation and order details before you checkout. 

 

Can I track my order?

Tracking numbers are not send as standard but they can be requested by emailing Abi@asavvymum.co.uk

 

Where is my order?

Due to the nature of our items, they do take time to create as they are hand made to order and personalised to each customer. Please allow the maximum amount of delivery times stated before contacting us for order updates. All order status updates will be emailed to you and you will be notified via email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Turnaround times can be found at the top of the page. During busy period, turnaround times may be longer.

 

Where do you deliver to?

Currently we only deliver within the UK. If you are outside of the UK and would like to order please contact us.

 

What payments do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal, Debit Cards & Credit Cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders over the phone.

 

Can I return my item(s)?

Non personalised items - You have the right, under the distance selling act to refuse/return an unwanted non personalised item within 7 days. The 7 day period begins on the day of delivery. The liability for the delivery and return postage is upon you.

Personalised/made to order items - unfortunately these are non refundable.

Damaged/incorrect orders - If the item has arrived damaged or is incorrect then we will replace the item as long as we are at fault. Any damages/errors must be reported within 10 working days of the item being dispatched. Please send us an email including a picture of the fault to Abi@asavvymum.co.uk

 

Photos of my finished order

Photos of all of our products are used on the main website and on our social media pages. If you do not want your order added, please let us know either when you place your order or by email Abi@asavvymum.co.uk or via our Facebook page.

 

Can our products be used as toys?

All of our products are strictly for the purposes of decoration only.
